Dialectical Behaviour Therapy – teaches skills to manage emotions, improve relationships, and cope more effectively with life’s challenges.

Motivational Interviewing – focuses on strengthening a person’s motivation and commitment to change by exploring obstacles.

Psychodynamic Approach – helps you understand how past experiences may be affecting your current thoughts, feelings, and relationships.

Why consider counselling?

Counselling involves listening to you and helping you to find ways to deal with issues.

It will help you understand how you feel and behave in different situations and enable you to respond to challenges more positively.

Counselling will equip you with tools and techniques that will help you long after the counselling sessions have ended.

What People Are Saying

“Marcus promoted a feeling of safety during our sessions. We were able to have open dialogue, which in turn enabled me to discuss a range of issues. I would highly recommend Marcus for anyone looking to take part in therapy in a safe, non-judgemental environment, while feeling safe and heard within the sessions.”

Kennie.

“The therapy sessions with Marcus had a positive impact on my anxiety and stress. I had concerns that therapy over zoom would be awkward and not really work, but Marcus was kind and professional in his approach and manner, taking time to prepare me for the sessions before they began. I felt more relaxed, learnt how to manage my anxiety and used the techniques after the sessions to bring a sense of control back into my life.”

Helen.
